WOHWThe Way of the Happy Woman® Certified Retreat

You give, you work, you sacrifice. But are you brave enough to put yourself at the top of your priority list?

Calling all women who do too much! Self-care isn’’t selfish. It’s a revolutionary act. A feminine road back to yourself. And it changes everything.

You already know this is true. But sometimes, we need a reminder. A skilled guide back to our own inner wisdom. A sacred pause from life’s endless To Do’s … so we can return to our deepest, truest vitality.

This self-care mini-retreat is lovingly designed to help busy women harness the healing power of ancient feminine wisdom within their modern lives … so you can reclaim the lasting harmony and happiness that is your birthright.

Whether you are running your own business or raising a family (or both), you’ll discover how to live a meaningful, authentic life, the feminine way: guided from within.

Soloist at Church @ Unity Church Unitarian | Saint Paul | Minnesota | United States

I don’t perform very much these days, but I’ll be singing at my church, Unity Unitarian, in St. Paul for all three services: 9:00 am, 11:00 am and 4:30 pm. I’d love to see you there!

I sing a mixture of original and medieval celticky music. Check out my music (and CDs).

One audience member said “Your music reminds me of my ancient celtic roots and resonates deeply in my soul.”

Singing at “The Unruly Mystic” Film Showing
Dec 8 @ 6:30 pm – 8:45 pm
Singing at "The Unruly Mystic" Film Showing @ Carondelet Center | Saint Paul | Minnesota | United States

Join us for the premiere showing of a new documentary telling the story of a powerful but still little-known saint and muse who invites us to experience the ordinary touching the divine. Filmmaker Michael Conti tells the story of Hildegard of Bingen and explores the ways she continues to have a profound impact on today’s theologians, artists, musicians and educators.

Following the film, Mary Kaye Medinger and Sue Swanson will facilitate a conversation around how Hildegard inspires us. Katy Taylor, who has studied Hildegard’s music, will lead us in singing chants and melodies.
