I’m not teaching a regular class these days, but I will be subbing for Terese Pritchett’s classes for a few weeks if you’d like to study with me. My approach is based on my training in SomaYoga and women’s yoga, and includes a lot of practice with interoception (feeling inside your body for how the movement affects you) and with mindfulness. Winter Solstice Celebration
Dec 21 @ 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Solstice SpiralJoin the Winter Solstice Celebration, a contemplative, family-friendly, Celtic-inspired ritual to mark the turning of the year as the darkness gives way to the growing light. This participatory ritual will include chanting, meditation, candle-lighting, singing, and cauldron jumping. Kids—bring animal masks and hand percussion (rattles, shakers, bells)!

QUUF members may bring a guest, but space is limited. Doors open at 6:45 for first-come, first-served seating.
