Mobility and Ease for the Not-So-Flexible and Flexible Alike!
This class explores how you can bring more mindfulness to your yoga through slowing down, making everything smaller, and engaging in conscious movement that wakes up and releases stuckness BEFORE moving into any classic yoga postures.
We primarily work on the floor exploring mindful, gentle, small movements that help you get in touch with your body from the core and gain range of motion, stability, ease, and flexibility, from the tradition of SomaYoga (somatics and yoga).
This class is accessible for every body as you are guided to find the postures and movements from within, with suggested modifications. This practice is for you if you want to find a freer, more curious, and more awake relationship with your embodied self so that you can bring this greater freedom into your asana and your life.
