Ingredients
  • 1 cup cooked millet, quinoa (or grain of other choice)
  • 1/2 cup parsley or cilantro
  • 1 T olive oil (or more to taste)
  • salt, pepper, or shoyu (to taste)
  • 1/4 cup walnuts (or other nuts or seeds)
  • raisins, currants (or other fresh fruit)
Servings: people
Instructions
  1. If you’d like your grain warm, heat it up with a bit of water first.
  2. Meanwhile, chop the parsley or cilantro.
  3. Combine all ingredients and serve!
