Ingredients
  • 1cup cooked millet, quinoa(or grain of other choice)
  • 1/2cup parsley or cilantro
  • 1T olive oil(or more to taste)
  • salt, pepper, or shoyu(to taste)
  • 1/4cup walnuts(or other nuts or seeds)
  • raisins, currants(or other fresh fruit)
Instructions
  1. If you’d like your grain warm, heat it up with a bit of water first.
  2. Meanwhile, chop the parsley or cilantro.
  3. Combine all ingredients and serve!
