Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup currants (or raisins)
- 1/3-1/2 cup tahini
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger (1/2 tsp each)

Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a food processor bowl, using only 1/3 cup of tahini to begin.
- Process until the ingredients break up and start to stick together, 1-3 minutes.
- Squeeze the mixture into a ball in your hand. If it doesn't hold together, add a little more tahini, 1 T at a time, processing the ingredients again until you have the right amount of tahini to form a ball.
- Form into balls. I like mine to be about 1 inch in diameter, which is about 2 bites for me and 1 for my husband! Do what works for you.
