  • 1/2cup chia seeds
  • 1/2cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2cup hemp seeds
  • 1/2cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2cup currants(or raisins)
  • 1/3-1/2cup tahini
  • 1/2tsp cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger(1/2 tsp each)
  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor bowl, using only 1/3 cup of tahini to begin.
  2. Process until the ingredients break up and start to stick together, 1-3 minutes.
  3. Squeeze the mixture into a ball in your hand. If it doesn’t hold together, add a little more tahini, 1 T at a time, processing the ingredients again until you have the right amount of tahini to form a ball.
  4. Form into balls. I like mine to be about 1 inch in diameter, which is about 2 bites for me and 1 for my husband! Do what works for you.
