Summer Breakfast Bowl
Great way to add fresh veggie yumminess at the beginning of your day!

  • 1/4+cup granola or soaked oats(soak extra thick rolled oats overnight*)
  • 1/2+cup chopped cucumber(skin on if organic)
  • 2-3 strawberries, sliced(or other berries)
  • 1/2 nectarine or other fruit
  • 2-4T almonds(or other nuts)
  • milk, nut milk, or soaked oats water
  • 1-2T flax oil(optional)
  1. Layer your bowl as you wish! I usually do it in the order the ingredients are listed above.
Recipe Notes

* Cover extra thick rolled oats with water and let them sit covered on the counter overnight. You can pour the water off before use or enjoy it in place of some or all of the “milk.”
