Ingredients
- 1 package tempeh
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 eggs

Instructions
- Chop up the tempeh finely and add it to a saucepan.
- Add the cumin, water, and garlic and simmer about 10 minutes, mashing the tempeh with a fork, until the water boils off, but the mixture is still moist.
- Transfer the tempeh to a bowl and let it cool.
- Add the eggs, cilantro, and salt and mix together well
- Saute in olive or coconut oil on medium-low until well browned.
