Ingredients
  • 1 package tempeh
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 eggs
Servings: people
Instructions
  1. Chop up the tempeh finely and add it to a saucepan.
  2. Add the cumin, water, and garlic and simmer about 10 minutes, mashing the tempeh with a fork, until the water boils off, but the mixture is still moist.
  3. Transfer the tempeh to a bowl and let it cool.
  4. Add the eggs, cilantro, and salt and mix together well
  5. Saute in olive or coconut oil on medium-low until well browned.
