Begin Again

ZandR Perched, Grand Canyon-tp

Those unintended mean words.
That angry attitude that bubbled up from the depths, surprising even you.

See it. Own it. Understand it. Let it go.
And Begin Again.

That familiar frustration.
The thought that just doesn’t seem to want to give up.
The behavior you wish you could stop.

See it. Own it. Understand it. Let it go.
And Begin Again.

The child’s hand inviting you to take a break, to play.
The light on the canyon at sunrise.
Birdsong.

See it. Own it. Understand it. Let it go.
And Begin Again.

You can practice with this acronym: S.O.U.L.

See it. Own it. Understand it. Let it go.
And Begin Again.
